Nowadays we do not limit our hopes and dreams because it is in our nature to always want more and want what is best. It is a lifestyle that we want, that we need and that we consider being normal.
We know that we will have to work hard to get our wishes fulfilled because nothing comes without a price these days. What if the price is too big to pay? What if our everyday activity and our multiplying features cause too much anxiety? It is normal that we get feel anxiety from time to time but there are cases when normality is passed and anxiety becomes severe.
Even if this aggravated form of anxiety does not happen constantly it can have serious repercussions. The more often it occurs, the worse are the consequences. Panic attacks can have a damaging impact upon our lives and it is worse that most people are just waiting for them to happen.
