Anxiety is a path everyone must walk through. It is anyway possible to deal with anxiety and get on with life. Not everyone finds this easy though as anxiety wells up over time and ends up in an undesired panic attack.
Doctors are then sought after to help those suffering panic attacks and sadly, they don’t perform well on this. Many cases exist where a patient was simply given over-the-counter remedial medication to tone down the anxiety or just referred to a psychiatrist. No wonder the panic attacks, which were once thought to have been dealt with, emerge once again to wreak havoc. This is simply because the measures initially taken merely postponed rather than treated the attacks.
Medication prescribed to keep anxiety in check should not be misconstrued to be cures. They manipulate the nervous system. In the human anatomy exists the Central Nervous System (CNS) whose main purpose is to determine the senses and signals our bodies receive.
